The hotel's rooms were very small to the point that you could touch either side with very little effort, but the appearance of the rooms was a pleasant surprise despite suffering from dampness and bad condensation. The service caused some frustration with recurring problems leading to a mediocre rating, especially the issues at reception and with breakfast packs. However, the convenient location within walking distance to many places, including central attractions, made up for some of the shortcomings.
